A single class can burn anywhere from 600-1200 calories depending on intensity.
Our Program BANG Muay Thai, which is incoporated in our MMA program, was developed by Duane Ludwig (K1 World Max Champion and ISKA World Title winner, Multi Time Coach of the Year) and Bas Rutten (international MMA legend, former UFC heavyweight Champion and King of Pancrase) and it is the same striking system practiced by notable UFC fighters like TJ Dillishaw.
We kick bags until we are drenched in sweat, but also practice drills with other team members. The results are always the same: Fat melts, muscles get toned and your reflexes and determination achieve levels you never experienced before.

Our Teen & Adults Martial Arts program is for ages 13 & up.
Once you are a member for muay thai, members should eventually get boxing gloves, shin pads, mouthpiece, club shirt, and athletic shorts but this is not necessary immediately
